The LEADER-10x programme for the Batch of 2023 (Group 2) is being conducted by PMI from 20th to 30th Nov, in which 50 selected young executives are undergoing specially designed leadership training modules.

The second phase of 10x program, which the executives are a part of, comprises classroom training at PMI, a rigorous group evaluation process, an OBT and a 3-day special MDP at one of the IIMs.

Shri Shanmugha Sundaram, ED to CMD interacted with the participants, emphasizing the need to understand fast changing pace of the power sector, new environmental concerns, and the organization's agility to cope with such dynamic changes towards solving business problems. He praised the initiatives of HR and PMI towards making NTPC a learning organisation and motivated the young executives to prepare themselves for becoming future leaders. Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal, GM (PMI) was also present on the occasion.
